About Big

The Big Issue Grappler (BIG) was developed for the Corruption Prevention Network by Ken Robertson with input from Dr Stephen Cohen. Silver Touch Technologies Ltd built this version. Inspiration was drawn from the design methodology of the Probity Assessment Technique (or 'PAT') produced by Peter Houston and Dr Stephen Cohen and Dr Damian Grace for the Roads & Traffic Authority of NSW.
